Enabling Lives Festival (ELF) brings together stakeholders, corporates, philanthropies and the community to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
In this fourth edition, we will dedicate four days from 30 November to 3 December 2024 to our festival theme “Celebrating Inclusion and Abilities”.
Anchored on three distinct pillars, reflecting SG Enable’s long-term commitment to strengthen the social fabric of our community across all abilities and to make Singapore a more inclusive place to live and work in, we are geared to CELEBRATE, COLLABORATE, CHAMPION.
We invite you! Like-minded individuals and organisations across different sectors and disciplines, to propose activities to be:
- Inclusive
- Engaging
- Meaningful
We greatly encourage the use of assistive technology for persons with disabilities as well.
The main objectives of the Enabling Lives Festival community programmes are to educate the public, foster connection and engagement amongst people with and without disabilities. As partners, you have the unique opportunity to bring new and better outcomes in tangible and intangible ways.
Let’s create a more inclusive and compassionate Singapore together.
Be a Programme Partner
Enabling Lives Festival invites like-minded individuals and organisations across different sectors and disciplines, to propose activities that are inclusive, engaging and meaningful. The use of assistive technology for persons with disabilities is greatly encouraged.
The community programmes can come in various forms and scales, including but not limited to:
- Performance
- Dialogue, talk, lecture or networking session
- Film screening
- Exhibition, installation
- In-person workshop
- Open houses
Applicants can also propose other formats as they deem fit for their proposals.

Call for Collaborations Submission Deadline
The Call for Collaborations will close on 10 May 2024. All applicants will be informed of the outcome via email by end of May / early June 2024.
There will be an online briefing on 12 April 2024 at 10 am. Interested partners are encouraged to RSVP by 9 April 2024 (with name of representative and organisation details) via email to Anandita.Bora@sgenable.sg
