
Healing Journal Workshop: Therapeutic Journaling for Caregivers’ Well-Being
This impactful session offers a safe, guided space for caregivers to celebrate their journey, process emotions, enhance resilience and prioritize self-care. Through meaningful journaling exercises and group sharing, participants will discover powerful techniques to nurture well-being, regain balance and navigate caregiving challenges with greater ease.
Led by StephT, a certified Positive Psychology Coach and founder of Journaling With StephT, this session draws on her expertise in reflective practices and well-being. Her programmes—ranging from workshops to retreats and personalized coaching—focus on helping individuals explore emotions, build resilience, and approach challenges with clarity and purpose. Combining creative journaling, positive psychology and mindful reflection, StephT empowers participants to grow personally and practice self-care.
