Sowing the Seeds: Coming Together

Coming Together is a two-part dance workshop designed to foster connection and creativity among individuals with disabilities.

Group 1 is a parent-child dance workshop suitable for children with disabilities (12 years and below), providing a fun, interactive space where families can bond through movement and play.

Group 2 is tailored for teenagers and young adults (18 -30 years old), offering a dynamic workshop where participants can explore self-expression and creativity through dance.

Both workshops are facilitated by dancers from the Diverse Abilities Dance Collective (DADC), creating an inclusive environment that celebrates individuality, promotes teamwork, and encourages confidence through the power of dance.
